How do I access my digital download?
After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link and instructions. You can also access your files from your order confirmation page.

What is a Canva template?
Canva is a free online design platform. Our templates are pre-designed files that you can customize in Canva by changing text, colors, fonts, and images to match your brand.

Do I need design experience?
Not at all! Our templates are designed to be user-friendly. If you can type and click, you can customize our templates.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you've received access to the files. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
Yes! You can use our templates for your personal or business projects. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or share the templates themselves.

How many times can I use a template?
You can use the template as many times as you need for your own projects. One purchase = one user license.

How long does shipping take for physical products?
UAE Orders: 1-3 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location and courier

Can I return a physical product?
Yes! We accept returns of physical products within 15 days if they're unused and in original condition. See our Refund Policy for details.

Yes, we accept local orders across the UAE. You can place your order directly through our website and choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we welcome international customers and ship select physical products worldwide. For digital products, downloads are available instantly after purchase.
