Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (templates, downloads), all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once you have received access to the digital files.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product, contact us before making your purchase.

Physical Products

Returns: We accept returns of physical products within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange physical products for a different size, color, or item within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
